SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Additional shipping costs worldwide calculated at purchase.  Customs fees are paid by you the end customer and just so you understand there isn't a way for the value of the package to be declared on the outside of the package. 

 

RETURNS

Please contact us at info@KatieHildermann.com if you are looking to return an item.  There are no returns for items of incorrect size or changing your mind on an order.  Returns may be valid for quality concerns or errors on behalf of the printing and manufacturing by the company. These concerns must be brought to the attention of the company within 30 days of purchase.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
